Desert Bighorn - TrophyHuntAmerica
My first guided archery sheep was this old heavy Desert Bighorn taken while hunting in Old Mexico with Dr. Warren Strickland of Huntsville, AL.
I had an opportunity to witness what is called being prepared.
Warren took this ram with one well placed arrow at a distance that can only be achieved from years of bow hunting experience.
Keeping yourself together and focused under the preasure of watching the trophy of a lifetime walking away and possibly never being found again is not something everyone is capable of doing.
It was truly amazing to have seen it and it all happened in a matter of seconds.
